Linda Church trained as a
Physiotherapist and worked in Nottingham, Mansfield and Ashfield hospitals
before becoming ordained to the ministry.
Following ordination she served
as curate at St. Thomas's Kirkby-in-Ashfield and then became associate priest
at St Andrew's Skegby with All Saint's Stanton Hill before moving to Annesley
with Newstead as priest-in charge. She has been a School Governor, Parish
Councillor, and has worked as secretary to the Bishops Advisory Panel for
Ministry. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Ashfield Primary Care
Trust.
Lawrence her husband until recently worked for a Derbyshire
print company in a senior management position. He has spent all his working
life associated with print.
Following Linda's appointment to Hucknall he
made the decision to leave his employment to support Linda in her new role.
